Admission Examination Requirement
The student must pass the interview and the admission examinations.

Academic Qualification
The student must have a General Point Average (GPA) of not less than 85% from Senior High School.
.يُشترط أن يكون الطالب حاصلًا على معدل تراكمي لا يقل عن 85٪ في مرحلة الثانوية العامة
Age Requirement
The student must be at least seventeen (17) years old and not more than twenty-three (23) years old.
.يُشترط ألا يقل عمر الطالب عن سبعة عشر (17) عامًا وألا يزيد على ثلاثة وعشرين (23) عامًا
Legal Clearance Requirement
The student must not be involved in any civil or criminal case, as proven by a recent NBI Clearance or Police Clearance.
يُشترط أن يكون الطالب غير متورط في أي قضية مدنية أو جنائية، مع تقديم شهادة حديثة بخلوّ السوابق صادرة من مكتب التحقيقات

Good Moral Character Requirement
The student must submit a Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended.

Health Requirement
The student must be medically fit, proven by a recent Medical Certificate.
.يُشترط أن يكون الطالب لائقًا طبيًا، مع تقديم شهادة طبية حديثة
Diploma Requirement
The student must submit a diploma from the last school attended.

Transcript of Records/Form 137 Requirement
The student is required to officially submit a Transcript of Records / Form 135.
If a request letter from the institute is needed, it shall be issued upon request.
The document must be submitted within two (2) months from the date of admission.
يجب على الطالب تقديم كشف الدرجات، وفي حال الحاجة إلى خطاب طلب من المعهد فسيتم توفيره بناءً على الطلب، على أن تُسلَّم الوثيقة خلال مدة لا تتجاوز شهرين من تاريخ القبول
Birth Certificate Requirement
The student must submit a Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

Photo Submission Requirement
The student must submit two (2) pieces of 2×2 pictures and one (1) whole-body picture.
The photos must be decent, taken on a white background, with the student wearing a collared shirt and no headwear.
يجب على الطالب تقديم صورتين شخصيتين بمقاس 2×2 وصورة واحدة كاملة للجسم، على أن تكون جميع الصور لائقة ورسمية، بخلفية بيضاء، مع ارتداء قميص ذي ياقة ودون ارتداء أي غطاء للرأس
Agreement to Institutional Rules
Upon arrival, the student shall sign an agreement form confirming commitment to abide by the institution’s rules and regulations.
A detailed copy of the rules and regulations shall be sent to the student prior to arrival.
عند وصول الطالب، يوقّع على استمارة اتفاقية تؤكد التزامه بأنظمة المعهد، كما تُرسل نسخة مفصلة من هذه الأنظمة إلى الطالب قبل قدومه
Police Clearance of Accepted Students
The final list of accepted students shall be submitted for clearance to the Baguio City Police Office.
